This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IPM collects, how we use it, and your rights.

Account data — workspace name, username, email, hashed password.
Network/operational data — IP addresses, MAC addresses, hostnames, device metadata and scan results you collect via agents you deploy.
Usage & technical data — log entries, IP address of access, browser/device info, cookies necessary for authentication.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process billing, send service and verification emails, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal bases

Performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

With sub-processors that host and operate the service (e.g. cloud infrastructure, email, payment) under contract. See [sub-processor list].

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your workspace is active. Logs and scan data follow your workspace retention settings (free: 3 days; paid: up to 90 days). We delete data after account closure per schedule.
