Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IPM, a cloud IP address management and network monitoring service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your workspace and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be authorized to monitor the networks you connect to IPM.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including scanning or monitoring networks you do not own or have permission to manage. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Plans, billing and trials

IPM offers a free tier and a paid plan billed per monitored /24 subnet ($10 / subnet / month or $100 / subnet / year). Paid features activate on payment. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes. See the Refund Policy.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we delete workspace data per our retention schedule.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the [12] months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [venue].

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
