This Refund Policy applies to paid IPUIPU subscriptions.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period; access continues until period end.
- Annual plans: a pro-rated refund of the unused portion if requested within 14 days of the annual charge; after 14 days, access continues until the end of the paid year without refund.
- Charges made in error will be refunded upon verification.
